Terms of Reference for the Development of Animation on Article 27 of the UNCRPD

The purpose of this consultancy is to develop a 3-4 minutes animated video that explores the rights of persons with disabilities as stipulated in Article 27 of the UNCRPD.

Bringing in the aspects and examples of best practice from the InBusiness programme, the video will serve both as an advocacy piece as well as information point for self-employment of persons with disabilities in Kenya and around the world. The audience will be organisations running livelihood programmes, organizations of persons with disabilities involved in livelihoods advocacy, private sector and the government of Kenya.
